Creamy Mustard Noodles

Ingredients - serves 4 - 4 points per serve

  • Wokka Singapore Noodles 2 x 220g packets
  • Carnation 185ml evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 10g cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 cups chopped mushrooms
  • Point free vegetables of your choice


  • Saute onion and mushrooms in frying pan until soft. Add vegetables and fry until tender.

  • Stir cornflour into evaporated milk until smooth. Add mustard and honey to fry pan and stir through. Add evaporated milk to the mixture and bring to the boil. Add noodles and toss through to heat.

  • After sauce has coated noodles and thickened its ready to serve!
