Female: 7
Male: 14
Female Breastfeeding - 14
2. Age:
18-20: 5
21-35: 4
36-50: 3
51-65: 2
65+: 1
3. Weight 2 digit weights:
use the first 1 digit of your weight (eg: 84 = 8, 75 = 7) 3 digit weight: use the first 2 digits of your weight (eg: 112 = 11, 137 = 13)
4. Height:
Under 160cm: 1
Over 160cm: 2
5. Activity at work:
Sitting most of the time: 0
Sometimes sitting, mostly standing: 2
Sometimes standing, mostly walking: 4
Physically hard work most of the time: 6
FEMALES: If your total is less than 18, round up to 18 If your total is more than 33 round down to 33 (40 for breasfeeding mums)
MALES: If your total is less than 20, round up to 20 If your total is more than 40 round down to 40

Thank you so much for posting this. The last time I did weight watchers (2 years ago) I was around 24 points to eat. Now I am at 32 points to eat! Things have changed a lot. Also my weight has not changed maybe 2 pounds! What is with that? hum.....
Hi, I am on weight watchers and came across your site... this point system is wrong, as i am now on 19 points by weight watchers and your point system tells me i am 26.. hmm!
this is the correct one for the UK that is... not sure maybe you are using the American one.. i apologise if thats the case. but if i went on 26 points i would be gaining weight not loosing.

Yes, breastfeeding exclusively = Score 10
Yes, supplementing breastfeeding with solid foods = Score 5
How old are you?
16 - 20 = Score 5
21 - 35 = Score 4
36 - 50 = Score 3
51 - 65 = Score 2
Over 65 = Score 1
How many stones do you weigh?
Ignore the lb, the number of stones is your score for this question. Someone who weights 12st 4lb will score 12
How tall are you?
Under 5ft 4ins = Score 1
5ft 4ins or above = Score 2
In your day to day life are you:
Sitting down most of the time = Score 0
Occasionally sitting, but mainly standing = Score 2
Walking most of the time = Score 4
Doing physically hard work most of the time = Score 6
You should retake this quiz if you drop down to the next stone bracket
or if you have a birthday which takes you to the next age bracket.
